Shutdown your PC using the Command Prompt
Start by pressing "Windows + R" to open the run window. From there, type "cmd" and select the "OK" button.
After selecting the "OK" button, the command prompt will open on your window. From there, type shutdown /s.
Once you press enter a pop-up message will come letting you know that your windows will shut down in less than a minute.
Restart your PC using the Command Prompt

Once you press enter, it will restart your windows in a couple of minutes.
